*We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Production Team!*

We train all Production Staff in-house and on the job.
Our Production Manager will oversee our production staff, ensure Scope completion, hit deadlines and goals, perform site inspections and enforce company policies and procedures.
_IICRC Certifications and/or industry recognized certifications are required_
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* *MUST* have valid drivers license and clean driver history
* *MUST *pass background and drug screenings
* *MUST* be physically fit and able to perform all job duties including but not limited to working on ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and carrying heavy equipment and machinery
* *MUST *be clean shaven or willing to shave face in order to pass Qualitative Fit Test for respirator use.
(half face and full face masks)
* *MUST* have reliable transportation to and from the office
* *MUST* wear appropriate footwear (work boots)
* *MUST* be computer literate and familiar with mobile devices/cameras and tablets
* *MUST* be IICRC AMRT, WRT & ASD Certified - or - hold other applicable industry certifications and trainings
* *MUST *have experience running production crews in a trade or construction industry
Employees are expected to be able to perform light and controlled demolition of interior properties, including but not limited to cutting drywall, removing carpet and pad and other flooring types, manipulate contents, set drying equipment, perform detailed cleaning of structure and contents amongst other services.
Production employees will also have access to the lates industry equipment in order to efficiently document projects including but not limited to daily site photos, property sketches & measurements, field signatures & more!
As a Production Manager, you must be able to oversee the completion of multiple projects, hit anticipated guidelines and goals, meet budgeted labor and material goals and ensure project documentation Is completed.
This is a management role with room to grow.
Experiential knowledge is expected.
