12, 2023 Description:Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) is looking for an experienced contracts professional to join its team.
This is an opportunity to join ATL's Business Operations team and ATL's team of multi-disciplinary engineers and scientists engaged in next generation technology research and development.
This is a hybrid role with 50% of time on site and 50% of time virtual.
Responsibilities of this role include: - Negotiate and manage government contracts - Maintain ECE database - Support classified programs - Support program teams with proposal development - Support the property management process - Interface with customers and LMC Property management team - Interface with external customer counterparts - Support manual billing process on special programs - Support the import/export control process as required - Support contract closeout process - Provide backup coverage to other Contracts team members as required on site at Cherry Hill, NJ Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college - Strong contracts negotiation and management skills - Experience drafting and negotiating FAR based contracts and other transactions (OTAs) - Risk analysis and mitigation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills; effective in a dynamic team environment - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Proven self-starter and team player Desired Skills: - Familiarity with Government Property and logistics of accountability is desired - Knowledge of Property Management procurement practices, policies and procedures is desired - Strong contracts skills in Contract Closeout are desired Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
