Hello, I am a 36 year-old female with three kids 18.
17, and 12.
My 18 old is in nursing school and she works full time I also works full time Medical Assistant and have and side business but my credit score is low and I have pass eviction from an pass decision that I made and I truly regret it now but I’m coming on her being completely honest I can afford 1000 to 1600 for rent and I work very hard i just need an chance so if any landlords looking for an honest tenant please let me know!
