looking to buy a home 2k to 4k sq ft range ASAP (Greater Philadelphia)

Looking for a move in ready or fixer upper in Greater Philadelphia.
The only stipulations are that it already has 2+ bathrooms, has to have a yard, and at least 2k square feet preferred inside.
Please let me know.
We've been looking since november.
We need a family home.
Not interested in being a crum bum real estate vulture like most of these brokers.
We're normal people looking to buy a home for us.
