Job Description The Digital Quality Operations team within DQ&L is tasked with simplifying the current complex QMS technology stack consisting of multiple technologies into an integrated unified quality system in order to improve the workflow, reduce high overhead costs, enhance user experience and unlock the power of data.
The Change Control Solution Architect – Senior Specialist will work with the appropriate IT teams to ensure that all system integrations that are required for change control are implemented.
You will work closely with the Business Analyst to understand requirements and help to design the integrations needed.
You will closely work with teams like AMS and the Platform team to help sustain the production system.
You will also help to keep the master data aligned for change control across our Manufacturing Division and our Research & Development Division , as well as participate in groups to align master data across the QMS Vault.
The incumbent is expected to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the global change control landscape.
Primary Tasks/Key Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration architectures.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Veeva Vault with other systems as needed, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Participate in the estimation of project timelines, resources, and budgets related to integration efforts.
Maintain master data related to Change Control Work with AMS when required to troubleshoot issues Work with Veeva Platform team on enhancements and releases.
Assist with User Access for our Manufacturing Division Change Control Education Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Computer Science, Information Technology).
Required Experience Skills 3-5+ years of experience.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
Working experience in Veeva Vault QMS.
Proven experience in system integrations.
Knowledge and experience of the integration project requirements and SDLC.
Desired Experience Skills Experience in program management Experience in business analysis Knowledge of SAP and APPIAN systems Familiarity with Mulesoft Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Hybrid Work Model Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.
S.
will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.

Expected salary range: $111,400.
00 - $175,300.
