Estheticians consult with our guests on their personal skin care needs, provide luxurious and rejuvenating services, use and recommend the AVEDA product line, while maintaining a clean and calm spa environment at all times.
Summary of Essential Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Uphold the Adolf Biecker standards of excellence Assess skincare needs and suggest appropriate services Provide various services such as: AVEDA skincare and body treatments Hydrafacials Waxing services Makeup application Suggest and promote retail products Maintain a clean and sanitary spa room Assist with spa laundry Qualifications Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills Professional and reliable Self-motivated and goal oriented Good time management skills Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthiology license 1+ years working experience in a spa preferred The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
