*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:* * Join our energetic and passionate team as the District Sales Manager for 2 YogaSix studios in Bucks County, PA.
* You’ll need a FIRE for selling, a great track record of building high performing teams and a passion for building a strong community of members & employees.
* We want a candidate with high expectations for themselves and hungry to deliver on an exceptional customer experience.
* You will report to the Owner and are accountable for sales, retention and overall operations at both studios.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: * 4+ years of retail/service sales experience required; fitness, wellness or high end beauty sales experience preferred * Professional, punctual, reliable, organized and strong attention to detail.
* Must be high energy, personable, positive, coachable, detail-oriented, a self-starter with ability and desire to meet monthly sales targets * Excellent communication, customer service, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, text communication and via email * Team leadership.
Ability to build, coach and inspire you team to exceed expectations * Proficient with computers, studio management software, Microsoft Office products, and social media; * Confident in generating sales and training sales associates in effective sales techniques * Bachelor's degree preferred.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL BE DOING IT: * The District Sales Manager works in the studios to deliver the optimal customer service experience, drive sales and ensure studio cleanliness.
* Build relationships and understand a prospect’s fitness goals, and present available services to help them achieve goals.
* Greet members, guests and team members with the highest level of customer service.
* Assist members with in-person and phone inquiries regarding membership policies.
* Handle studio billing matters; resolve customer service issues as they arise.
* Develop local business partnerships to drive new leads to the studio and/or provide an additional benefit to our members and improve retention.
* Find, schedule, and attend local events to increase brand presence and generate leads.
* Work with the Social Media Content Creator support and improve our social media presence and engagement.
This includes daily posts, responding the messages and comments, reaching out/finding new followers.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and net revenue goals.
* Sell retail merchandise.
*Guide Studio Operations & Retail Processes* * The District Sales Manager maintains a clean and safe studio during shifts by overseeing and assisting with cleaning tasks as needed * Follow all procedures established to operate the studio in accordance with government health directives and guidelines.
* Participate team meetings and trainings as needed.
* Maintain accurate data in all appropriate systems for reporting and statistical purposes.
* Report any studio issues per Company policy.
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job * May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
May be required to reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations.
May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
* This position will be encouraged to take all of the classes offered in the studio.
This is important for when team members are recommending classes to members and prospects so each person is set-up for a successful and positive class experience that meets their needs.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus * Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone * Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States *COMPENSATION & PERKS:* * This is a full time position.
Employee is expected to work 40 hours per week and may need to work additional hours to meet goals.
* Monthly bonuses may be earned based on meeting new membership sales & net revenue goals.
* Eligible for paid vacation, health, dental and vision benefits after 6 months of employment.
