Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Senior Cyber Security Analyst position within our Information Technology (IT) Department.
This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.
Job Type: Full-Time; hybrid (required to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week) In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for the protection of information technology resources and confidential data across various systems.
The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will report directly to the Corporate Director of Cyber Security and will execute security operations, participate in the evaluation, planning, and design of enterprise security architecture, lead implementation projects, and develop relevant policy and procedure.
Works closely with the IT infrastructure, application teams, and business stake holders ensuring that they follow and fulfill cyber security best practices and remediate vulnerabilities and gaps.
Engages in projects, requirements analysis, security solutions research, and implementation of security technologies, including the following: Microsoft 365, Azure Security, and Windows user environment providing security strategy, security architecture assessments and reviews of enterprise projects.
Governance, compliance, and auditing of security and privacy controls which includes HIPAA and NIST and other security/risk frameworks.
Assess risk to the Acts information security architecture through the management and maintenance of security tools and services.
Participate as a senior member of Security incident response team that manages mitigation and monitoring of internal and external threats.
Develop and maintain table-top exercises, security awareness programs and training.
Document, support and maintain Cyber security tools, policies, and audits.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems Security, or Information Technology (an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Minimum of 8-10 years of technology operations and security experience CISSP or CISM or has earned equivalent certification Achieved two or more certifications within the following categories: Microsoft Azure Security and Microsoft Azure Cloud Broad knowledge of Active Directory, networking, firewalls, endpoint protection solutions, log aggregation, data encryption, DLP, and other industry-standard techniques and practices Interest in growing into a leadership position Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
