Acts is currently seeking an experienced, fulltime Nurse Practitioner for The Evergreens, our beautiful community located in Moorestown, NJ to participate in an innovative model designed to provide a person-centered, holistic scope of well-being, while promoting aging in place and fostering independence.
Our nurse practitioners have great autonomy in building a primary care practice while also working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team aand memberbers of the commmunity and corporate leadership, all with the unified goal of affording our residents the opportunity to live longer, healthier, happier lives.
In this role, you will be the leader of the primary care team supporting your practice style, with the flexibility to allow you to enjoy other opportunties such as the education of the residents and team members and an opportunity to precept NP students, if desired.
Yuu will appreciate the support and camaraderie of over 26 Nurse Practitioners already providing primary care services at each Acts Community.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Master’s degree in Advanced Nursing; preferably in geriatrics
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the applicable work state
Minimum of five years' experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or relevant work experience in nursing care; particularly working with seniors (CCRC, skilled care, and/or assisted living environment) is preferred
