Our Sales Associate are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maximizing sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, helping others and will have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships.
What you will do:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
Assist customers in finding products, providing recommendations, and answering inquiries about features, prices, and availability.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered, including new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and POS system operations.
Proactively engage customers to understand their needs, offer assistance, and upsell additional products or accessories.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.

Requirements:
You will be great for this role if you have:
Previous experience in sales coupled with strong retail customer service is preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Comfortable with performance being measured by sales quotas, KPI’s and targets.
Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak professionally with confidence.
Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system for processing transactions.
Must be able to work fluctuating schedules which will include days, evenings, and weekends.
Store hours are Monday-Sunday, 10am-7pm
Physical Requirements:
Must be comfortable with constant standing, walking, and kneeling.
Lifting up to 40lbs consistently
