Job Summary New role on the Comcast Advertising Affiliate Partnerships team driving strategy and innovation along multiple workstreams in an evolving and competitive landscape.
Role partners closely with VP Affiliate Partnerships, the Affiliate Partnerships team, internal teams at Effectv, FreeWheel, Comcast Advertising and Xumo, and externally with partners and vendors.
This role shapes plans and delivers to achieve long-term goals and objectives of the organization and influences cross-functional teams to deliver against strategy.
Job Description Core Responsibilities Thought partner to VP Affiliate Partnerships to develop and implement strategy Drive strategic initiatives with actionable project planning against high priority workstreams, delivering with accountability, collaborating and influencing internal and external teams Create presentations to message strategies for internal and external stakeholders Identify key business unit stakeholders and build long-standing collaboration partnerships Identify, evaluate and recommend specific internal and external partnership opportunities while helping to establish implementation and execution plans In partnership with Affiliate team, develops a yearly business plan that creates vision, deliverables and accountability.
Contributes to business development and partnership discussions, including distribution, technology/product, content and monetization considerations Recommends strategic actions.
Conducts discussions with potential partners.
Evaluates the economics and business models of specific products/services, companies and industry sectors.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education Master's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
Relevant Work Experience 10 Years + Salary: Pay Range: This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $157,799.
92 - $258,218.
05 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
