ROLE SUMMARY Pfizer Oncology Division is a newly created division that unites the Global Oncology R&D, Global Oncology Medical Affairs, Global Oncology Marketing, and U.
S.
Oncology commercial organizations.
By combining several Oncology operations currently residing in the Biopharmaceutical organization with the newly formed Oncology Research & Development organization, the Pfizer Oncology Division is now a true end-to-end business incorporating legacy Pfizer and Seagen oncology assets.
The Global Elrexfio Team sits with the Global Hematology, Lung & Precision Medicine Franchise.
Although rare, Multiple Myeloma is the second most common hematologic malignancy worldwide, with a 5 year survival rate of 54% and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care.
The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by ‘2024.
B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a novel target that is highly active in MM, with multiple recently approved medications across different modalities.
This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer’s Elrexfio team as we bring this breakthrough to patients.
Elrexfio (elranatamab) was approved across 5 global markets in the second half of 2023, including in the US and EU, for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma in the Triple Class Exposed setting.
Additional approvals and launches in this indication are expected throughout 2024, with a robust clinical development plan and subsequent launches in earlier lines to follow.
In a highly competitive and dynamic market, success will rely on Speed to market, Robust clinical data, Operational excellence, and Establishing Pfizer leadership in Multiple Myeloma.
The Global Marketing Manager, Elrexfio will report to the Global Marketing Lead, Elrexfio and is a role with global scope that will lead strategy and execution of Medical Education programs and global Congress activities.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Pull-through unbranded/branded content into medical education programs.
Lead on global Congress attendance including booth, materials, country communications, etc.
Develop and implement innovative digital Med Ed and Congress initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross functional team members including Medical, Customer Insights and Analytics, Corporate Affairs, Communications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 5 years marketing experience including pharmaceutical marketing experience with broader global/local pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment knowledge.
Hematology/oncology experience preferred.
Demonstrated track record of high performance and producing outstanding results, particularly in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
Experience interacting with external stakeholders and building relationships.
Creative and innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial approach in developing and executing tactical plans.
Ability to liaise with many different functions and colleagues and lead by influence effectively to implement strategies with internal/external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience leading communication platforms, managing agencies and/or other related projects.
Willingness to challenge status quo/take calculated risks.
Good project management skills, problem solving attitude and engaging the broader organization for successful delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills as well as good communication and presentation skills.
