Position Summary: The Imaging, Navigation, and Robotics (INR) Sales Finance & Operations Specialist will be a key contributor to sales success in Globus’s Imaging, Navigation, and Robotics (INR) business unit as we continue to scale our growing Enabling Technologies business.
The main focus will be to support the INR sales force in the End-to-End quoting, negotiation, booking, and logistical fulfillment of capital equipment & maintenance service sales in Globus’s global markets.
This role will also actively support the Order-To-Cash process and the deal management & financial reporting activities of INR Finance.
This position is member of a 5-person team and will work collaboratively with the global INR sales force, and with internal partners in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Pricing, and Product Management, and with external partners in freight logistics.
Essential Functions: Financial Support of INR Deal Origination Activities Directly supports INR Sales and Customers with sales quotes for capital equipment and service deals Engages in pricing analysis and deal structuring to support the business case for each INR deal.
Utilizes the Sales Quote Tool and related tools to accurately create and record sales quotes.
Ensures that every deal opportunity offers satisfactory deal profitability to Globus.
INR Sale Logistics Accurately enters all sales orders in the company CRM system.
Initiates all related shipping actions internally and with the appropriate shipper.
Communicates with internal logistics stakeholders on the nuances of each shipment.
Coordinates the shipment and import of capital goods into foreign countries with our shipper.
Prepares manual shipping docs for foreign country importation purposes.
Works with distributors as applicable on requirements for importation.
Delivery Project Management Participates in planning calls to assist in prioritization and customer readiness for INR deliveries.
Serves as project Initiator for the delivery/install with initiation communication sent to all teams involved.
Coordinates logistical aspects of new system installs and post-sale product needs.
Post-Sale Deal Support & Management Manages all post-sale activities, approvals, and system entries involved in product swaps.
Supports post-install events including contract amendments, product issues, and consignment requests.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Supports downstream activities in capturing and managing sales orders & revenue recognition.
Engages in problem-solving and business support activities with internal stakeholders as directed.
Develops relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally to ensure seamless interactions.
Successfully coordinates and supports all cross-functional activities in commissions coordination, billing & collections issues, product pricing/purchasing initiatives, and new product releases.
Financial Records Management and Reporting Maintains accurate records of all customer quotes and sales for internal reporting.
Prepares and presents financial reports to Finance and Sales leaders on a periodic basis.
Prepares ad hoc analyses and reports on customer sales activities to leadership upon request.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives Assists in development and implementation of new systems & processes for operational enhancement.
Projects may involve quote tool, Order to Cash process, and logistics process improvements.
