The floors barely get sanded or sealed with a 'standard job.
' Minimal latex poly was used not oil based and the cheap abrasives were not capable of digging into the wood, only heating up and burning it.
The burnt surface from heat producing silica sand paper, at half the price! Cheap abrasives not only create heat but also are uneven so they dig grooves into the wood as well as burn it.
Saves them the cost of doing the job right! Sometimes the work is so bad the floors need to be done over immediately.

People willing to beat any price are ready to cut every corner to do it and the result is not same.

1) Do not be afraid to ask me what my numbers are just because my ad is a little mean, I have seen horrible things.
2) ask, "What brand and grade abrasives you use? Ceramic or silica? Screens are they Carbide or ceramic?"
3) ask, "How many sanding passes will you make? When will you switch from drum to rotary?"
4) ask, "What Brand of polyurethane do you use?"
4) ask, "Is it oil or latex?"
5) ask, "What is the recommended coverage, will you apply more or less? Please verify at the end the quantity used.
6) ask, "Do you abrade between coats?
