Director of Asset Management – Multifamily (Real Estate)
We are hiring a Director of Asset Management for our Home Office in Wayne, PA.
*This role is not eligible for remote work and must sit in our office in Wayne, PA Monday-Friday.
Relocation would be on the candidate's expense.

Role & Responsibilities
As the Director of Asset Management your responsibilities will include:
Review detailed financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Evaluation of property performance KPIs using detailed financial modeling.
Identify and communicate issues that could adversely affect operations of an asset.
Cash Flow and Distribution Oversight: Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage and optimize cash flows and distributions.
Benchmark property operations using statistical tools (PowerBI) platform.
Identify opportunities within the portfolio to increase revenue or decrease expenses.
Implement a proactive, process-driven approach to execute property business plans.
Conduct ongoing actual vs.
pro-forma/budget analysis.
Monitor interest rate and debt markets for refinance opportunities
Conduct sell vs.
hold analysis.
Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and related impact on real estate values or investment strategies.
Primary point of contact for investor questions and communication.
Ensure professional and efficient reporting.
Explore the need for an Investor Portal.
Track capital expenditures and unit renovation programs.
Ensure that the timing of capital expenditures is consistent with the business plan.
Oversee insurance renewal processes.
Manage property allocation and explore cost-saving insurance alternatives.
Technology and Infrastructure: Collaborate with the IT team to enhance technology infrastructure and add value at both corporate and property levels.
Conduct routine site visits to ensure properties meet brand standards.
Monitor the physical condition of properties.
Compare properties to competitors and evaluate their market position.

Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in real estate asset management, preferably in multifamily.
