About the Role: As a Leasing Professional at Oxford Village, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students find their perfect home away from home.
From conducting property tours to assisting with lease agreements, you'll be the face of our community, providing exceptional service every step of the way.
If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct property tours and showcase our amenities to prospective residents.
Assist with the leasing process, including application review and lease agreement preparation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.
Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and promote community events.
Qualifications: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with leasing software and online resident portals is a plus.
