What you will do:
Provides support for the Affinity team for eXp Realty.
Working with the Sr.
Director of Global Services on weekend coverage for lead placement
Major Duties, Responsibilities and Assistance in:
Help create tracking and maintain/manage Affinity agent network through Google
Handles referrals, create files,file updates as needed
Hand off referral to Affinity managers
Set up filing system properly including referrals, creating files for Affinity Division
Maintain our Affinity database of referrals(our transaction management system), accurately entering all data, pulling daily, weekly, monthly reports to enable managers to manage their caseloads.
Keep all systems up to date (Affinity systems)
Support managers if necessary with file updates in system
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
0-2 years experience
Associate's degree preferred
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Google Suite
Strong knowledge of eRelocation File Management System
Strong attention to detail
Excellent ability to multitask
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Self-starter

Working Conditions:
Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection.
You will need to provide your own suitable workspace and internet access.
Sedentary work.

Work Hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team.
Outside of core hours, you can schedule your work to accommodate personal commitments or preferences, as long as it does not compromise project deadlines or team collaboration.
Equipment and Expenses: You will be responsible for maintaining a company computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment.
Any work-related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the company.
