Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential properties.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, plumbing, electric, carpentry, flooring, and painting.
- Proficient in use of tools and equipment for maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics if needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills to interact with tenants and team members and provide verbal and written updates on maintenance tasks.
- Strong work ethic, honesty and self motivated.
