This role is a unique blend of office-based administrative duties and client-facing responsibilities at our clients' luxury residences.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
Complete administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions, focusing on luxury properties
Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
Assist agents, clients, and stakeholders with the completion of contacts, addenda, and all required documents.
Schedule and attend showings, inspections, assist and oversee entire real estate transactions.
Ensure all transaction documents are accurate, complete, and received by their due date.
Manage client information in our database and ensure compliance.
Attend and support closing events and client engagements at luxury properties.
Oversee daily office operations.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong tech-savvy approach.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Strong ability to multi-task while working in and out of office
College degree required.
Current PA real estate licensee preferred.
Experience or strong interest in the luxury real estate market.
Must be able to present as knowledgeable, professional, and highly competent to our clients.
