DePaul Management Company is looking for a Leasing Agent for Blair Mill Village East in Horsham, PA.
*Responsibilities:* * Effectively market the property to prospective residents from initial contact to occupancy and while they are residents * Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents * Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs * Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each prospective residents * Promote positive and "customer-centric" resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality *Requirements:* * High School Diploma or equivalent * Exceptional sales skills, with the gift to close sales * Excellent interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented perspective and follow through capabilities * Proven experience in a sales or retail environment required * Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people * Sales-driven and team-oriented personality * Excellent communication skills *Benefits:* * 401(k) * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Work Environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
