You love getting abstracts in from the searcher and some funky conditions.
You are a title processor who does all the work and none of the credit the closer does, but you like it that way.
You have managed transactions in PA and NJ, and when you hear things like UW and CPL, you understand exactly what they are.
Duties:
- Review and analyze documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Prepare and process escrow documents for real estate transactions
- Utilize 10-key typing skills to accurately input data into computer systems
- Collaborate with loan processors and underwriters to facilitate loan origination and processing
- Perform mathematical calculations to determine loan amounts, interest rates, and payment schedules
- Maintain knowledge of FNMA guidelines and bank policies related to loan processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex documents
- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Familiarity with loan origination processes and escrow procedures
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and bank policies is a plus
