Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced *PROPERTY MANAGER* to join our incredible team in Levittown, PA.
Our company is in its second decade of premier property management with real estate and management holdings across the mid-Atlantic region.
We are seeking a *professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented *employee to fill this position.
Individual will be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned multifamily residential property.
The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, asset value, and revenue.
*\*\* Only candidates with 3 or more years of residential property management experience will be considered.
* *Salary: $85,000-90,000 per year* *Responsibilities* * Manage all aspects of assigned property * Oversee and lead property’s personnel and assess their performance * Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards * Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants * Negotiate leases/contracts with prospects/contractors in a timely and reliable manner * Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants * Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses * Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance * Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities *Skills* * Proven work experience as a property manager * Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects * In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management * Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software * Customer focus and bottom-line orientation * Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills * Well-organized with excellent time management skills License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.
