Seeking a first-rate experienced Property Manager for a multi-site apartment community.
The top candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and have excellent communication and leadership abilities.
In addition, a high energy level, creativity and the ability to multi-task and trouble shoot as required.
Responsibilities:
Providing leadership, motivation and supervision of all on-site employees, Oversight of all leasing and marketing activities, on-site accounting functions, the physical condition and maintenance of the community and promoting and upholding all company policies.
Skills Required:
* One-Site Software experience 1 + year required.
* Prior Property Management HUD experience required, computer skills including excel, excellent communication and listening skills, leadership skills, customer service skills, the ability to lead a team and the ability to execute company goals and objectives
* Property Management-5 + years, Real Page leasing and rents-2
+ years
* Affordable housing/section 8 required at least 2+ years
* REAC, MOR and EIV 2+ required
* Must have vehicle to commute between sites.
* Bilingual Spanish Speaking Preferred.
* COS or CPO Certification Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,700.
