Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent

\*\*Candidates Must have Leasing or Real Estate Experience\*\* Real Estate company with properties located in Philadelphia/Northern Liberties/Kensington is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager/Residential Leasing Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities include: · Meet with prospective residents to show and lease apartments · Follow up on leads and inquiries · Screen prospective residents and process applications to lease apartments · Prepare lease documentation · Schedule move-in/outs and inspection of apartments · Coordinate turnover of apartments to ensure units are ready for marketing · Gather market leasing information · Resident relation issues · Answer and direct phone calls · Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail · Maintaining filing systems · Typing documents and correspondence · Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies · Reliable transportation is a must Candidate must be able to handle a variety of work assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will report to senior management along with other owners of the company.
*Job requirements* Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or prior residential apartment management experience Strong oral and written communication skills Familiarity with property management systems - knowledge of Appfolio a plus Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Excellent customer service skills Vehicle - Our properties are all close to each other but we have scattered multifamily houses and apartments.
