Weekend Leasing Specialist

We are a small property management company looking for part-time help on weekends and one weekday each week.
The primary functions of the job is to provide customer service for our current tenants and to give tour to potential tenants.
We are looking for a Leasing specialist that can bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve any apartment issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.
Job Responsibilities -Connect with prospective residents through phone calls, emails, appointments, and follow-up communications.
-Showcasing our properties during tours with prospective tenants.
-Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions.
-Process, complete, and maintain accurate resident files.
-Complete safety inspections of properties.
Requirements: -Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, and social media.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills -Ability to work independently and exercise own judgment in problem-solving -Your own transportation to drive the short distance between properties when giving tours.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
