* *Property Operations:* Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
* *Tenant Relations:* Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters.
* *Leasing and Marketing:* Collaborate with leasing agents to ensure vacancies are minimized and rental income is maximized.
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
* *Financial Management:* Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize income.
Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates to property owners.
* *Maintenance and Repairs:* Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
* *Contract Management:* Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery.
* *Compliance and Regulations:* Ensure properties meet all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
* *Risk Management:* Identify and address potential risks and liabilities associated with property management.
* *Property Inspections:* Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure tenant compliance with lease terms.
* *Property Improvement Projects:* Plan and execute property improvement projects, renovations, and capital expenditures to enhance property value.
* *Team Leadership:* Supervise property management staff, including property assistants and maintenance personnel.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or related role.
* Strong knowledge of commercial real estate operations, leasing, and property management principles.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
* Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Solid understanding of local, state, and federal property regulations.
* Leadership skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
