Deer Properties seeks a proactive Leasing Agent to connect potential tenants with suitable rental properties.
Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and manage application processes.

*Responsibilities:*
* Engage with prospective tenants, respond to inquiries, and schedule property tours.
* Present lease terms, negotiate agreements and facilitate lease signings.
* Process rental applications, perform tenant screenings, and maintain accurate records.
* Build positive tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
* Stay informed about market trends and provide valuable insights to tenants.
*Qualifications:*
* Customer service, sales, or real estate experience is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in property management software and basic computer applications.
* Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team.
*Compensation:*
$18-$21 an hour plus commissions.
