Iso dog for service work (Trenton)

Searching to find my best friend prefer large breed.
Belgian malinois or gsd but other breeds welcome.
I'm a dog trainer I stopped taking clients so I can focus 100% on the dog I chose for service work Dog will be for seizure alert, medical alert, will learn mobility tasks, retrieval tasks, ptsd tasks, guide work.
Must be good with kids and other dogs.
