Re-homing Cat (Great mouse hunter!) (Philadelphia)

We are looking to re-home our cat.
My mother is moving out of state and cannot take the cat with her.
He is 10 years old and has been an indoor/outdoor cat the entire time spending most of the day outside and coming in at night time.
He does like to be pet and cuddle, but is also independent and will make sure your house is mouse free! If you pet him longer than he likes he will swipe you with his paw but he has never tried to scratch or bite unprovoked.
We are asking for a small rehoming fee of $20 to ensure he goes to a home where he is wanted.
