Older Cat rehome (marlton)

Chance is approx.
11 years old and we have had him since he was a kitten.
He has developed behavioral problems and is overweight.
We are seeking to rehome to a calm environment with an experienced cat owner.
Many of his issues stem from our dogs.
He is very reclusive and has a tendency to pee in the basement and occasionally other parts of the house.
He shows signs of distress around people as well.
He has had issues with our other cat, who is right at home with people and dogs.
He ideally needs to be in a home with 1 or 2 people and no kids, no dogs, or other cats.
He can be very affectionate one on one and responds very well to grooming and food.
He has been very cuddly in the past and a big time headbutter.
He used to hunt and be an indoor/outdoor cat, but he rarely goes outside any more.
