5 month old shihpoo

Looking for a great home for my 5 month old shihpoo Emmy.
She has been exposed to children, and other dogs and she does great with them.
She is expected to be around 10-15 pounds when she's fully grown.
I have come to this decision due to having to relocate with family, and I cannot bring all of my pets unfortunately.
If you have a vet reference that would be a plus! I am open to answer any questions etc, and I am asking a rehoming fee.
