The model number is 190-426-100.
I don't have the grass bags.
But I do have the original frames for grass bags.
Grass bag part number is 964-0221 and it is very common in older Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt and other MTD riding movers like Yard Machines.
The rubber strap is missing the hook to attach the discharge chute to the deck.
You might be able to create your own hook or use a short bungee cable.
But the rubber strap part number is 923-0383 and it's about $10 or so.
Small plexiglass on grass catcher cover is missing.
You can just cover it with tape or cardboard.

But I think this bracket has Cub Cadet Bagger Mount Kit (190-326-100) installed.
Cub Cadet Bagger Mount Kit could be a universal kit in older Cub Cadet garden tractors or riding mower.

This might be compatible with Troy-Bilt OEM-190-601 other than mounting brackets.
If your riding mower takes OEM-190-601 bagger system and you already have the mounting bracket then you might be able to use this.
