Free IBC tote, 250 gal (Philadelphia)

This tote was acquired from a company that dyed mulch.
We got two of them and the other cleaned out pretty easily with a rag on a stick.
We got two because they were cheap and we were optimistic.
Now we don't need it and can't store it.
