Price is for BOTH Both have electric start.
The 24" Troy bilt storm 2410 has low compression and water in fuel.
Other than that everything works pretty nice.
Low use, motor does not have good compression.
The craftsman 22" should run, has water in fuel, may need drive belt.
Doesn't have a hp rating on motor.
