8 Pieces of Brocade
Qigong has been practiced for more than a thousand years to promote health and increase strength.
The exercise 8 Pieces of Brocade was first taught in China during the 12th century to improve the health of soldiers.
The benefits of Qigong practice include increased focus, energy, flexibility, strength, and calmness.

Private and group lessons to learn the 8 Pieces of Brocade can be scheduled for morning, afternoon, or evening in Philadelphia.
There is a $20 fee for each 1-hour class attended.
